A beautiful warm Summer's day
Rest day & Groat Hill, barbecue and Lunar Eclipse
Not very exciting this one, but if have this vague memory of my parents living in Groathill, Blackhall, Edinburgh before we moved to Eyemouth. To my surprise the house we are staying in is in Blackhall and on the way to Sainsbury's supermarket we noticed a sign that said "Groathill" pointing off to the left. This morning we went for a drive to take photos. We might be able to find out from one of the Edinburgh Laidlaws which number Groathill it was.

We had a nice lazy day while the family went to Linlithgow Palace. In the evening we cooke a barbecue tea - steak from Sainsbury's cut to choice;

In the evening there was supposed to be a Lunar Eclipse - a Blood Moon - bu tit was too cloudy to see anything unfortunately.
